Regional Land Transport & Distribution Support
This project addressed regional land transport challenges affecting the distribution of packaged consumer products from ports and central warehouses to multiple delivery locations. The goal was to improve delivery reliability while reducing missed appointments and idle transport time.
Freight Cargo Global supported route planning, carrier coordination, and delivery sequencing across regional corridors. Transport schedules were aligned with port release timelines and warehouse receiving capacity to avoid bottlenecks and unnecessary delays.
Milestone-based tracking was introduced to improve visibility once cargo was in transit. This allowed delivery issues to be identified earlier and addressed before they impacted downstream distribution commitments.
The project helped transform land transport operations from reactive coordination into a more structured and predictable distribution process.
- Regional route planning and dispatch coordination.
- Port-to-warehouse and warehouse-to-store delivery sequencing.
- Transit milestone tracking and exception handling.
